Return Policy
At Ishtirii, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy.
Eligibility for Return:
You may return most new, unused, and unaltered items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Some exceptions may apply:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Final sale items (clearly marked on the product page)
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse
How to Return an Item:
- Contact our customer service team by phone or email to initiate your return.
- You will receive a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include the RAN slip.
- Ship the item back to the address provided.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. Your refund will be processed within 15 business days and credited to your original payment method.
